We have added an extra site in Mysuru and increased our on-site slot to ~350 teams, offering more students the chance to get selected for the regionals.
Noteworthy Certificates
All teams who submit at least one solution successfully will receive a certificate of participation.
Coach Recognition
Special certificates for coaches who get 5 or more teams registered, recognizing their effort in fostering talent.
How to Register?
1. Form a team
Create a team of three eligible students from your institution.
2. Create an ICPC Account
Visit the official ICPC website and create individual accounts
3. Register for the Contest
Ask Coach to register by selecting Amritapuri as your preferred region
4. Pay Registration Fee
Complete the payment process
Please note:There will be a single Preliminary Online Contest for all three Regional Sites in India (i.e., Kanpur, Amritapuri, and Chennai). Each regional site will prepare its own rank list based on the teams registered for that site from the Preliminary Online Contest rankings. Teams participating in multiple regional sites are requested to keep the same team members for each Regional Site.

On the same day of payment received it will be accepted in the ICPC Registration portal.
You will receive an email intimation from our end and also, your team will be accepted in the ICPC Registration portal.
October 8, 2025.
Coach has to login with the credentials and "CANCEL"
Teams interested in participating in the contest hosted by other sites in India shall cancel their team registration in the ICPC Registration portal on or before October 8, 2025.
Selected teams are promoted from Preliminary round to Regional Round. There is NO need to register the team again for the Regional Round.
- The registration fee is ₹1100 per team (not per individual).
- It needs to be paid only once per team, regardless of the number of team members.
- If multiple members from the same team have mistakenly paid the fee, they may contact the organizers with the payment details.
- The extra amount will be verified, and if eligible, the excess payment can be refunded as per the refund policy.
