ICPC Asia Amritapuri Preliminary Round 2023

  1. ICPC Asia West Preliminary Online Round is common for all the ICPC sites in India. There is no need to register for two sites unless you wish to participate in the on-site contest in two sites..
  2. ICPC India Preliminary Online Round Registration Starts On: September 9th.
  3. ICPC India Preliminary Practice Session: November 25th 06:00 pm – 08:00 pm
  4. ICPC India Preliminary Online Round Registration Ends On: November 22nd, 5:00 pm.
  5. ICPC India Preliminary Online Round: November 26th 011:00 am – 01:00 pm .

Cancellation Policy

  • Last date to CANCEL the registration with fee refund: November 21st, 10:00 pm
  • If any team makes a double payment or cancellation, you are requested to fill this Online Cancellation Form. (Any one member from each Team can fill the details).
  • We will start the refund (double payment/ cancellation) process only after the preliminary contest.

How to Pay Registration Fee

  • The team shall pay the registration fees of INR: 1000/-. This is for the entire team.

Steps for online contest registration

  • Each team shall have a coach. Coach is the faculty member from the same Institution/University/College.
  • Coach creates a team in the ICPC Global Site under “Asia Amritapuri First Round Online Programming Contest” Online contest.
  • Coach is expected to create a team with the official email id. Official email id means, he/she shall use the institutional email id. While creating teams, the coach shall invite the contestants and reserve.
  • A team consists of at most 3 contestants and the Team members (contestants) shall complete their profile in ICPC Global Site. It is mandatory that all the details as required in the system should be completed before the last date.
  • The team shall pay the registration fees.
